CAD and Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Our clients use ESC engineering services when they need to outsource work to reduce cost or when they can benefit from our technical expertise. The services include:

CAD design of metal and plastic parts: Concept development and 3D CAD design of any component, simple or complex.


Vibration Analysis (Normal Mode): Normal mode analysis are used to determine areas of potential excessive vibration which lead to problems such as noise and cracking.


Strain Energy Analysis: Strain energy analysis highlight areas of energy dissipation, which also is an indication of vibration leading to noise and cracking.


Powertrain and Drivetrain Stress Analysis: Stress analysis of solid models, including contact stress simulations. This example shows bearing analysis.
